Really it is silly to order it.. good luck, but these things are often a waste of money, you don't need a programme or pack to do these things, just read up on the internet and do it at home or a gym
Core work is a complete waste. Your abs are stimulated by running, cycling, squats, deadlifts, and overhead press. The deadlift actually uses more abdominal stimulation than most ab exercises. Basic plank work on the ground requires no equipment and can supplement those exercises.
