Wondering what people snack on to curve hunger inbetween meals. I have tried several things but i am always starving and end up eating to much at my meals

Protein seems to help with my cravings the most. I usually have nuts or peanut butter, cheese, or an egg.

trail mix seems to work best for me to fill me up. Also has that crunchy thing like potatoe chips.

boiled egg

These are my favorites and I throw in a handful of M&M's in the afternoon as a cheat/pick-me-up.

I just had a hard boiled egg! I love 'em.

I had some (well a lot probably) Kashi cereal with fat free milk and a banana for breakfast.

I started my diet yesterday. Going to stay off the white rice, the cuban bread, and the desserts. It's soooooooooo hard! But those mirrors in the stores and home are so cruel right now. :-(
