I went to Costco today to re-up on my Whey Protein and I was disappointed to find out that Costco no longer sells the Whey I like! It was a great deal, 6 Lbs of Cytosport for $47 (sometimes on sale for $43).

So I am now in the pursuit of finding quality Whey at a good price - Scratch that, I want quality at a GREAT price; any suggestions?

I've had luck with the protein powder that they sell at Wal-Mart. But even better luck with good ol' fashioned canned tuna fish that you can find anywhere.

You might want to try other Costcos (if there are others nearby) to see if they still sell the kind you used to buy. I've noticed that different stores have different inventory.

Trader Joes sells protein powders that I've been wanting to try but haven't yet (I'm still working on my Costco bag ;-) )

I would second this. Optimum's Gold Standard whey is a well respected powdered that is good quality, good value and has a good taste.

Best bet would be to find the 10lb bags that are available, provided you like the flavors. I know I've seen them in GNC and Vitamin Shoppe, but you can probably find better prices online.

ON from bodybuilding.com. virtually the only place I've shopped for supps in many many years. Super fast standard shipping and great prices. I've been ordering from them every 6 weeks or so for probably 6 or 7 years. Never a single hiccup.

I've found their prices can be hit or miss. They sometimes have good sales but it is not uncommon for me to find cheaper prices online, usually with free shipping.

Bro protein intake (0) influence on muscle growth. Don't waste your $. You can grow muscle living on bread & grits...I damn sure do.
