Should be a very intense workout. Move up the weight if you absolutely know you can do do 3 sets of 5
Power cleans are unnecessary IMO. Most amateur gym goers don't have the technique to do it.

Power cleans can be ditched for Bench Press, Barbell Row, and Overhead Press.

Yeah, but since women have relatively low amounts of testosterone, lifting heavy will only make them look toned. Sure you'll put on some muscle, but few women would ever have to worry about looking like a muscled-up bodybuilder. The women with those physiques spend inordinate amounts of time in the gym and in many cases are aided by legal and illegal growth supplements.

If women want the slim toned look, they should lift like the meatheads in the gym while including other activities for cardio (jogging, Zumba, spin class etc.). The best shapes IMO are the fit "gymnast" type bodies; strong, curvy but toned. These are usually the women at the gym that lift seriously.

Most of you men who makes these comments do not quite understand what some women mean by "getting muscular." Women aren't afraid of looking like those female body builders. But you do have to realize that for many women, having visible muscle is not desired either. For many, Jessica Biel circa Blade is too buff.

For everyone who puts up the pic a girl with larger quads (even if they are well definied) is bad. For some of the women the motivation to not look "muscular" is because it makes shopping more difficult. Other women have been socialized to think visible muscle is not soft or feminine.

So I'd say, before talking about how women can't "gain muscle" you need to have more perspective on what women mean by muscle. For many people, a 1/2 inch of extra muscle in the thighs is a bad thing. They aren't worried about looking like body builders, they are worried about having thighs like Beyonce.*

*There is nothing wrong with Beyonce's thighs or figure. She looks great. But it is only fairly recently that her "thicker" build has been appreciated and aspirational for "mainstream" women. Not ton long ago, she would have had "chunky thighs."
