I have no idea. I played hockey as a kid and lots of my teammates got hurt but I never did and I played equal/greater in roughness.

Even after years of running, I've never gotten hurt. A good diet and good genes, I guess.

I have a smallish frame so football left me injured more times than healthy. I also have to be careful with not going to heavy during lifting or it is an inevitable injury.
