I plan to go to Planet Fitness 3 days per week to workout with this plan:

Day 1 = Upper Body Workouts/Lifts Weights/Abdominal Exercises

Day 2 = Treadmill/Leg Exercises

Day 3 = Upper Body Workouts/Lifts Weights/Abdominal Exercises

I plan to add mass muscle. I'm not looking for the extreme Hulk look but I want to get bigger.

Is this workout plan good?

You need to be more specific then that for anyone to properly attempt to critique your plan. Here's just an example of what more information is needed:

What specific exercise on what days are you planning to do - i.e. chest press, curls, shoulder press, etc.?

What is your planned set structure?

What sort of dietary adjustments do you plan on making?

What is your current weight/height/age?

Also, are you a beginner? What is your lifting and general exercise experience?

Don't overthink things. Just pick a program that has stood the test of time like a 5x5 routine or a 3x10 routine. I'm doing Rippetoe's "Starting Strength" right now. It's simple, basic and hits all of your muscle groups.

If you just want to get bigger, just do a workout that contains:

Squats, bench, dead lifts

and eat a lot.

I just realized the OP said he'll be going to Planet Fitness. There will be no benching, squatting or deadlifting.

Aside from no deadlifts at Planet Fitness, if you get into deadlifts or any heavy lifting, from my personal experience - warm up / cool down / stretch. Don't take it lightly. I was doing deads and squats 5x5 and wasn't stretching enough. Blew out the Achilles jumping rope and had surgery, all because the muscles were strengthening and shortening and I wasn't lengthening them out.

I found this website as a whole to be the most useful site for bodybuilding I've ever come across. Stick with compound exercises and record your weight and reps each workout, focusing on progressive overload.. more reps, more weight over time.

Bodybuilding Workouts & Routines SUCK For Building Muscle!

This site is rather large and has lots of sections to read... I'd consider donating to them just for the invaluable free content they provide... same goes for "athlean-x" guy on youtube.

With deadlifts I started with 100 pounds on the bar and recorded myself doing them. I got the form down first before increasing weight. I try to get in a round of P90X Stretch-X once a week otherwise I don't really get the stretching in that I know is good for the body.

Planet Fitness might not be the best choice for your goals.. they go out of their way to promote themselves as the opposite of your intended goals...

I'll throw this link in there too.. exercise list, exercise reviews, easy to use, sort by ratings.. checkmark which muscle groups you are looking up.. silly simple, silly effective...

An earlier poster pointed you to bodybuilding dot com. Listen to them. Go and learn. They even have an excellent review of the Starting Strength program that is so detailed you may not even need to buy the actual book. It's not that your plan isn't good. It isn't actually a plan. Sorry. It isn't. So go take a look at some actual workout plans and see what goes into one.
