Eat less calories than you burn up.

Exercise, especially weight training.

Drink water.

Jogging more often

Cycling bicycle

Running

Avoid processed foods,esp ones that contain high fat such as junk food

Sodium
Saturated Fat
Sugar

Burn more calories than you consume is the most important as there is no weight loss without calorie deficit.

It's importaint that you eat a lower amount of calories then you burn on any given day. A good and well balanced diet along with a good workout routine will take you there, fast, if done correctly!

Evaluate and correct your nutrition plan - keep a food diary for a couple of weeks. This will really open your eyes.

Increase lean muscle mass.

Quitting junk food is the first thing that can help you to reduce thies fat I think you should start from basic exercises like cycling and jumping on a mini-trampoline and after few weeks you should go for squats.
