Last time I had food poisoning lasted three days. This weekend was suppose to be a long run and gym workout. Thinking of resting all day tomorrow if symptoms are still lingering and run Sunday. My long run is 5 miles should I just do 2 miles and take it easy? Go all out?

And according to you from pervious posts do not drink any water to replace it. You are just full of bad advice.
