Wow, awesome! I can only do assisted pullups due to various muscle/shoulder injuries I am still working toward it, but have to go very very slowly. Everyone at their own pace.

Strength training, especially those compound body exercises are fabulous. Keep up the good work!

Thank you..I feel young at heart, my hubby & kids see to that... I can assure you they were not graceful pull ups but hey, I could hardly do one and I didn't get up all the way at that, never had any strength in my arms...So yeah it felt pretty great and nice to see working with light weights has made the difference... ...

If you can do 10 pull-ups you don't have to be modest about it, that's outstanding. The most I've seen a woman do is 17, and she looked like a physique competitor.

Most people (men or women) couldn't do one pull up - certainly not 10. That is a heck of an accomplishment!!!
