I generally don't drink juice, but tart cherry is yummy. Love it in smoothies too!

this is old news, like years ago old news. actual cherries would be better if you can afford them.

The problem is, no one likes to eat the tart ones. The sweet ones have less benefits.

We drink a glass of cherry juice every night before going to bed It helps us sleep .
