Yeah I guess its really not too hard to figure out why so many women have fallen in love with yoga pants.

They're stretchy! LOL...I think some folks forget that women bloat and retain water and go through what they call their "fat days" way more than guys do. So what's better for times like that than some stretchy yoga pants (black to boot, which hides stuff!) over a pair of granny panties. (don't wanna show those panty lines!) LOL

Hey man, it took hours upon hours at the squat rack for me to earn the right to rock my yoga pants. Your darn skippy I'm going to wear them every chance I get.

Ran a 5k race downtown Tampa this a.m., probably 500 runners, and only saw a few runners dressed to the hilt and those two women kicked all of our asses out there today. RESPECT. I agree with your post, btw.

Often women in tight, sexy running gear is motivation to keep up with them for the duration of the race.......my motto is "follow that ass".......it usually works, but sometimes those chick runners are like road runner.........

I think it's just the general "fadification" of being fit. Just look at crossfit. It's basically the Amway of getting fit and it's hugely popular.

not surprised that today's me generation would make fun of people who might color coordinate their running gear....... I make fun of millenials who wear flip flops everywhere, including nicer restaurants, church, etc.......they don't understand the concept dressing for the occasion......
