yep....after years and years of sports and lifting, more often than not, my knees on alot of days feel achy and like they have juice in them. These sleeves take alot of that away. My only complaint with the Rehbands is even after a wash, about two lifting sessions and they smell like you havent washed them in months. One of the ladies at my gym got some Eleiko's in a swag bag when she competed at the Games, and she said it takes lots of wear before they start stinking.

I wrap my knees when they are bothering me. Mostly in heavy squats. Leg press and others I can often get away without doing such. I've always had knee issues and knee pains and get painful twinges sometimes so I wrap them and it helps a ton. My knees have improved exponentially over the years just from training them. If they do bother me I'll wrap or try various exercises. Occasionally give them a week off but try to work around it.

If you don't ever have any problems then I wouldn't use them. Same with a belt. They take away from other things, but sometimes are needed/helpful.
