I have arthritis in my hands so I used work out glove. Fingerless, with padding at the palms and double wrap around the wrist for support. It helps a lot.

I don't get them much these days, but used to.

Doing curls with a straight bar instead of the EZ curl bar tends to aggravate my wrists.

I do try to focus on my technique and keep my wrists straight during things like dumbbell press, machine chest press, overhead press, etc.

I still haven't worked out and I still get some aches. I also wear tight dress shirts, so I wonder if this is the cause.

What do you do for work? Could be carpal tunnel syndrome.
