Which personalities in the world of fitness do you like to follow and watch on Youtube?

I like to watch a lot of videos about bodybuilders and fitness personalities, some of them quite humorous.

But in terms of knowledge and expertise, I like Jeff Cavaliere (Athlean-X). He's probably one of the more knowledgeable guys out there in terms of physiology and exercise science, with a solid educational background in those sciences. He really has a great way of making anyone understand why certain exercises work and others don't.

Another guy I used to like to watch was Kelly Starrette, another expert in exercise science/physiology.

I follow a few female fitness models. The one I enjoy watching more is Heidi Somers as she makes her videos fun. I learned a lot from the Buff Dudes and their videos are just funny. From the way they talk, it's hard to take them seriously, but if you really pay attention, their advice is pretty solid.

I like Jen Heward. She knows what she is talking about and offers great fitness advice. She also seems to be a really sweet and genuine person, which makes her more likable.

I
I watch and follow a few. These are a few of my favorites who continually inspire me:

Jen Selter - probably the most famous YouTube fitness personality.

Zuzka Light - Great page updated regularly. Lives just down the street from me.

My Fitness Girls - Good Youtube channel that doesnt really promote one person, but instead shows a LOT of different people and their routines.

I stick with the science based guys. Lyle McDonald, Alan Aragon and to a lesser extent, Layne Norton.

Love Ken Starrett's mobility drills.

I googled Jen Selter and the first hit was about twerking?

I used to follow Monica Brant when she was competing.

Nowadays, everyone is trying to sell something.

Love Yoga with Adrian.

Good suggestions above

Nothing like the fine female form to motivate me.

But I also enjoy watching the male form too like bodybuilders.
