is mcdonalds a good source of nutrition for pre workout loading?
lately with their new dollar menu, i find it attractive, i usually do a a few cheeseburger or apple pie and wash down with diet coke before i hit the gym and lift heavy or go hard on the treadmil
Extra-marital affairs and what goes w/ it does require some pre-intimacy nutrition - so there's probably a need for calories for the dufus.
