My wife is 52 years old...she has headache every time when she does work out like jogging, weight training, strength machine resistance workout etc....
She drinks enough water during work out...we are wondering why she has the headache?

Could be diet, a deficiency somewhere, maybe a side effect from a medication she is taking, probably best to take this concern to an actual doctor, definitely something worth investigating.

Could be lots of things. One of the things that comes immediately to mind is the possibility of high blood pressure.

Poor breathing control could be an issue, as well.

I 2nd the suggestion of seeing a doc to make sure everything is OK before all else.

I've had headaches with vision impairment after working out. I just eat a good meal and it goes away.

But, during the workout? Is she eating enough before exercise?

Two possibilities:

1. Not enough carbohydrates. If she is working out for more than an hour she should have some fast-acting carbohydrates with her both for energy and her brain. People think this is just for diabetes but it's for everybody. It is why pro athletes drink sports drinks or juice or have sports gels at intermission.

2. She is creating more tension in her neck muscles than she is relieving, or she has poor form.
