This is a slightly different thread RE: YouTube and fitness. The other one involved favorite instructors, but my question is about specific videos and combating boredom. I am so bored with my exercise routine! It's become, well, routine. I have been doing the same thing about 4 years now and am looking to change things up. I looked on YouTube for new challenges and found so many videos it's overwhelming. Someone, or many someones, mentioned that trying different kinds of exercises will make you discover muscles you never knew you had. I learned that when I tried a beginner Zumba video. I did the 20 minute workout and although it was quite simple, it wore me out! I thought I was in decent shape, but apparently not.

I'm looking for videos which involve using my own body weight, dumbbells, or kettlebells, since that's the only equipment I own. I'm not fond of yoga, but cardio, strength/cardio or strength routines are great. The dance video I did was a lot of fun. Currently, I do Jackie Warner, Bob Harper, and Jillian Michaels, so I know their style and would like something different. I do need step-by-step instruction because I'm not very coordinated. Anyone who could help me narrow down the selections would help.

I like Athlean X.

I watch some of his videos because he's excellent in explaining how to do certain lifts correctly without injuring yourself. Everyone should watch all his videos that detail this, including not doing the worst exercises.

He also has some routines which look good, based on shorter workout time but still hitting all the muscle groups.

OP, if you still want to include zumba, look at Suzi Fevens. Also, we have a local instructor, Travis Algarin, who has a few zumba videos on YT (he is young, energetic, but fun to watch).

Omar Isuf, Alpha Destiny, Alan Thrall. I've never really gotten down with Physiques of Greatness, but it's another popular channel.

EDIT: sorry these fitness Youtubers are geared towards lifters. I didn't read your opening post carefully. Apologies.

Jason Blaha is one of the only guys I trust because he isn't a fake natty (he is not natural actually, but he doesn't pretend that he ever has been). He constantly talks about all the bull**** that comes out of the mouths of fake natties and roided bodybuilders/models in general.

I can see why you like him. All he does is complain about steroid users. He's not good for anything else.
