Noticed any activity that requires down on fours or balancing on hands - wrists are the first to give out. How to strengthen? Anybody knows?
Wrist curls and reverse wrist curls using either a barbell or dumbbells are good for strengthening the wrists. Also effective are doing pushups on your knuckles which forces you to concentrate on keeping the wrists straight. While I've never had any problems with knuckle pushups, there are some potential risks involved, so you might want to check up on that.
Here is a good video by an orthopedic surgeon concerning strengthening the wrists. I hope that helps. There are many other YouTube videos you can check out as well.

Which activity are you struggling with where your wrists are giving out on you? That would help with people making suggestions that you actually help you.
The vid posted by Mike555 is good, but there may be other specific exercises that could help you but more info is needed. Otherwise, people may just think you are trolling with this thread.
I took a fitness challenge that required me to use boxing gloves and do a lot of punching and kicking. THAT was fun and it really helped strengthen my hands/wrists/feet.
You can strengthen your forearms by hanging. Just ensure that when you hang your shoulders are held in their sockets. Let go when you think your form is beginning to break down.
