Does hiking count?

40 - 50 miles.

My son has to row 36 miles the first day of crew winter break training each year. Now that is a workout!

36 km/118,110 feet at night, because I was too late for last bus, and had no other options (taxi, train etc.)

Hiking up to 14,000 feet in Colorado from the base. Took all day, 10 hours......but it felt great to get to the top with those views. I could barely walk for a week after.

My first marathon I messed up with my shoes and ending up walking and not running a good bit of it. By the time was all said and done, my Garmin said the NYC Marathon was 29 miles.

You walked 40-50 miles in one stretch? I've walked that much over the course of a few days (avg 15 miles a day) and the farthest I've walked in one day was 22.5 miles. Can't really imagine doing more than that.
