She's in great shape, but I don't think she has a great body. Not a fan of implants either. And she looks 50.

Her secret is obvious - boob implants and very restricted diet.

I just read this article and I found it very inspiring although personally I would cover myself up more and not get implants.

To each her own though! Her body looks better than a lot of women I see half her age where I live.

I turned 40 last year and I'm working hard everyday to stay in the best shape of my life. Seeing older women stay fit and "youthful" inspires me.

Go Jennifer!

Plenty of middle-aged and older women in my city look great, better than most younger women here and in the countryside. Not just fit but fashion wise in terms of dress, hair, makeup and attitude. Sadly, it all goes to waste because most men of similar ages are a mess. Yet those men are very critical of women's appearance. I am tempted to ask, "Do you have a full length mirror, hun?"

I know that once my own children were raised and on their own, it became a lot easier to just focus on myself, plus being retired as well! Unlike when I was younger!

Nicole Murphy is 49 with 5 kids. It's genetics and hard work. I congratulate both women on taking care of their bodies.

She doesn't work for a living and has access to top quality food, trainers, etc.

So? Even if you work for a living, people can carve out time to work out. Top quality food? You mean whole foods? The stuff they sell on the edges of the stores?
She may have a trainer, she may not. I know quite a few men and women in her age group that makes fitness fit into their busy schedules and they look great.
