I did a search on this forum, and I couldn't find anything, so I thought I'd bring it up.
Martin Berkhan, the originator of the Leangains website, is sort of the high priest of the intermittent fasting community.
He says he maintains sub 5% body fat all year long. His main lifts are bench, squat, deadlift and chin ups, etc. But, as far as I can tell, he attributes most of his success (to staying lean, anyway) to intermittent fasting.
