Second, while there has been some good advice remember this: a) you can work your muscles as much as you want, but FAT comes off however it is going to come off. Some people's bodies are just more genetically inclined to hang onto it more in certain areas b) every diet plan and workout plan works differently for different people. What works for one person, may not work for another.
Personally, I'm a fan of 85% paleo, and 15% some treats, when it comes to diet. Treats for me, mean ice cream, gluten free (I have Celiac Disease!) pizza, tacos, etc. When it comes to workout, what works best for me (again, because this all personal) is a mix of cardio (currently spinning) yoga, weights, and some pilates. I also hike and walk a lot.
That's what works for me. I'm strong and in very good shape...but again, whatever works for you is probably different. Additionally some people can NEVER lose pockets of fat, because of genetics...in that case, those people may turn to something like coolsculpting (I, personally, have not.)
You cant spot loose fat only all over and usually the worst problem area is the last to go.
Eat six clean smaller meals a day and exercise. Muscle burns fat to maintain itself.
If you eat right and move you will loose weight, move more and you will loose more weight.
