This is the first time I post in this part of the forum. I am not a fat guy, 32, 1.70 m, 60 kg // 5'5'', 128 lbs. I am now working abs but I am worried about side fat. I don't know the term in english, we say float over waist, anyway, fats/grease in waist. Since an image is better than a thousand words...
Of course, this picture is not mine... just to show you what I mean. Unfortunately I have a little of it and is annoying. How can I get rid off this s**t? Is there any abs that I can do, along with diet and exercise to destroy it?
You can't spot reduce fat. The only way (apart from liposuction) to get rid of fat in any specific area of the body is by losing fat generally. Through diet and exercise you will lose fat generally, including around the sides.

Seems to be a better idea. Liposuction... really? 128 lbs and 5'5', doctors will refuse to do that. I just need to reduce a little fat generally.
Some additional questions regarding this topic... Long walks are effective? Any good food to reduce belly fat or fat generally?

I wasn't advocating liposuction. I simply pointed out that apart from surgery there is no way to get rid of fat in one specific part of the body.
Long walks are very effective for losing fat. As far as food, it's a matter of how many calories you consume versus how many you need to maintain your weight. As long as you are taking in less calories than you need to maintain your weight you will lose weight.
I'm sorry for missunderstanding. Liposuction was in response of Astral-Weeks.
BucFan, I don't understand what you mean. Maybe because being spaniard and using metric system can be confusing to discuss with you.
