I did zero to little
Carbs and p90x and t25 cardio plus a physically on my feet lifting walking shift 50 hours a week I lost 45 pounds and for my height 6'3 I was way too " skinny fat " I looked slim and in shape/muscular to
Human eye but to my eye looking down without a shirt I was jello and gross and not happy

So finallly I decided to lift weights . I do chest and triceps Monday , back and bi tues, leg wed . Thursday is either cardio or a 12 hour physical workday or both , Friday is arms , sat cardio or rest . Same with Sunday

A normal workout day for me is wake up around 515am I take pre workout and I lift on no food I like fasted worked , is that good ?
Post workout I have apple cinnamon rice cakes , a Gatorade mini and a protein shake ( pro gym )

Then oatmeal , and 5 eggs before I go to work

A quest bar for a snack . And my lunches and dinner every night are the same either a lean protein ( chicken , ground beef or bison or turkey with brown rice and broccoli and franks red hot

I don't eat dairy , non complex carbs , candy , and I'm
Not great with veggie

I wanted to be lean and shredded , my arms have gottten bigger and harder when I flex but my stomach , side and chest has became jello and bloated 24.7 and it's extremely
Discouraging .

How do I add lean muscle, lean out but get bigger without my belly and everything else being bloated and jelly from the increased carbs
