Hi, was originally going to take this fitness test in November for a job. Thinking of taking the exam mid-September. Currently do 25 push ups in 2 minutes. Think it's a doable goal?

Easy.
Just do them every other day (one day needed for rest and recovery) and increase your protein intake to accommodate the new muscle your will build. Elevate yourself with dumbbells or products like the Perfect Pushup or Iron Gym for even better and faster results. (I do 500 every other day using the Iron Gym or dumbbells.)
Should be easy. I used to do at least 100 push ups everyday. Unless you are doing very high volume, push ups can be done everyday. 6 weeks is plenty of time to get to 50 in 2 minutes.
