You want quick weight loss? Come to my place, I'll knock down 10 lb off you in 2 days easy. Easy.

Here's what you do:

1. hard physical work 5-6 hrs a day. HARD. Sweating out.

2. REDUCED fluid intake.
3. Reduced food intake. 3 times a day, no food past 6pm.
4. NO SALT, esp hidden one
5. ONLY light easy to digest food. Basically, raw vegetables, some fruits, NO MEAT, some nuts in variety. A bit of fish for protein. Lots of cucumbers and watermelon to induce urination.

Do you actually know, what most of your weight is?

WATER. You are 75% or so WATER. So you want to "drink a lot of water" to reduce weight????????????????????

Supposedly people lose 5# with a colonic. Maybe do that 1-2 days before your test.

Ask for the appeal paperwork. What you propose is most likely impossible in the time allotted, but even if it were not, its insanely stupid.

A lecture about your weight is a lot cheaper than permanent kidney or liver damage.

so you've got 2 days left, how's it going?
could you get your hands on colace, the stuff you take for a colonoscopy? That should knock off a few pounds.

And wear your very lightest clothes the day of, and kick off your shoes... make sure your pockets are empty.

The fastest I ever lost weight was 22 lbs in a week. I was in the hospital with bowel issues, could not eat or drink anything. I did have an IV keeping me hydrated. So if you could really not eat anything at all, just drink water, you would lose a few more pounds.

Even doing something extreme (like this) I don't know if you will be able to get there. Perhaps the combination of fat loss and water weight/glycogen store depletion might get you there, but it's still a stretch.

Best thing you can do is cut out everything but protein (and <1000 calories of that per day) and see what happens.
