Maybe I am on to something here. We all have six-packs.. they are just under stomach fat.
I was curious, I'm middle-aged male (damn, lol) and would like to have even HINT of six-packs. I bike every day be three miles minimum each day to work, maybe 10% of each trip is slight hills.
So, I'm wondering which exercises (done in my room, no exquipemt and no gym, "body weight exercises") are my friend.
I'm not fat, but I don't have a visible 6-pack. I am likely skinny-fat.

Thanks.
While ab exercises will develop the ab muscles, if you want them to be visible you have to get rid of the fat that covers them. For that, look to diet.
Good exercises are ab planks on elbows for the entire abs, windshield wipers for the obliques, crunches are good although they can be bad for the spine. I think the good old fashioned sit up is effective.
Look on YouTube. Search for 'ab exercises at home' and you'll find various ab routines you can do.

Core exercises, whatever's your favorite. For me, it was simple crunches on the floor. The overhead press seemed to help some. I'm a middle aged woman. Didn't get a six pack, but I had maybe a 2 or 4 pack? When I'm at my leanest, it shows. It disappears when I'm not working out and my diet isn't up to par.
Running over a hour per outing has led me to shed weight. I've had love handles for most of my life but running longer distances seemed to allow those fat storage regions of my chest, torso, face, flanks to disappear. Faint and muscles are gradually surfacing along with some loose skin. I've only lost about 20-25 lbs.
