I have a knee injury ( minor no damage ) and am out of work for it so unfortunately no gym for me .
What can I do these two weeks to stay in shape , and not lose my muscle ? I feel like not lifting for two weeks my muscles are just going to get up and walk away. It’s been a few days already and I feel like a slob

You're not going to lose much strength or muscle in two weeks. And a bad knee isn't going to keep you from working your upper body. If you can't make it to the gym you can at least do push ups at home.
I do 3 weeks in and one week nothing. Nothing. Just staying regular active. I am in great shape for 63 yo body. So worry you not. I gain maybe 2 lb but they shag away the very moment I hit gym back.

Any workouts that do not make you feel the pain could be performed. I had a knee injury and I stopped running for 2 years for the knee to really heal. I did running in the pool, swimming, push ups, bridges. I learnt and finally achieved my first pull up after a year hanging and trying.
I was thinking of doing push ups and body weight resistance etc . Can you do push ups everyday ?
In my opinion, it's better if you have a day of rest even when doing body weight exercises. Try doing push ups with one arm doing all the work. The other arm is on the ground for balance, but you concentrate on just one arm exerting the effort. You'd be surprised how much the pectoral muscle on the working side will feel it. Then do it with the other arm. In a way it's sort of like an archer push up but you use pretty much the same hand spacing as you would with a regular push up. Maybe just a little wider and you do as many reps with the same arm as you can instead of alternating arms with each rep.
Do this variation of push up for the triceps. On your knuckles with palms facing each other, arms about shoulder width apart or a little less, lower yourself with your elbows coming straight back to your side and then press back up. Concentrate on making the triceps do the work. When it's too easy, make one arm do the work as with the push up described above. Do the reps slow. When you've done all the reps you can in a set you can do negatives lowering yourself to the floor. It's a great tricep workout.

Do you have a doctor or physical therapist treating your injury? If so, go ask them. They'll know exactly what you should be doing in your circumstance.
I made an arm-cranking machine out of an old Schwinn steel bicycle, that works like the one in the video, many years ago. I made it when I had a knee injury, so I'd have some cardio-pulmonary exercise to do. But it worked out so well, I've used it hard, almost every day, since my knee healed.
It has long cranks, that are 254mm long, compared to 175mm on a typical bicycle crank. I tried it with a 305mm crank length, but that led to shoulder strains after a few months, so I shortened it back to 254mm, which is just right for me. It has variable resistance and I can use it when sitting or standing up. The action is very similar to paddling a kayak, so I'll be in shape for that, the next time I take out one of my boats.
