Even my 9 year old knows how to eat better than that. There is NOTHING about that which is healty. That is just godawful and terrible. Are you unable to do better than that?

LOL -- you haven't heard? Why it's called the bread-n-butter diet, those excess pounds just fall off.

Another question. I'm trying to get perfect abs. Is it ok to eat cottage cheese with honey? or am I supposed to eat it without? I know I'm supposed to limit my sugar so I'm wondering.

I would leave off the honey. Why must everything be sweetened? Get used to the natural taste of foods.

Ok will do.

When I don't eat sugar/fat for a whole day or two I feel lightheaded, weak, hungry, and unsatisfied. I will try though.

There's so much hidden sugar in foods already so you ARE getting sugar. Read the labels and you'll be amazed at the number of grams of sugar even in the most unsuspecting foods.

https://nutritionovereasy.com/2011/0...o-whole-wheat/

It's not always that cut and dry.

Some people think just because white bread, slice per slice, has a somewhat higher glycemic load than whole wheat, it gives them an excuse to gorge on wheat bread.

Portion sizes, again.
