The gym that I am a member of does not have any trainers at all or any classes- you just go in whenever you want and work out. There isn't even a staff. There are no other gyms close by- I am hoping that changes when I move
Anyway- just curious what the going rates are for a personal trainer these days- I am just looking to get with one to see what exercises I should be doing to meet my goals and help with proper technique
I would love to be able to afford to go to SkyLab or Sky Sport & Spa but it probably never is going to happen
Hmm any legit online training support I could get somewhere?
Check out these sites for Certified Personal Trainers: NASM, NSCA, ACSM, Amercian Council on Exercise. Some of these have listings for Certifed Trainers in your area. When you move, look into gyms that have trainers from a reputable training program. Interview trainers to find out their training style, their background, certifications and training programs they are affiliated with. talk with some of their clients, find out who you would work out best with. Rates can vary with the area you are living and trainers that go to your home as appossed to a gym.
Good luck!
