I need to hit 30-35 push-ups without dropping to knees by the end of the month . I have bicep tendonitas as well as some soreness in my shoulder ( impingement ) so I’m weak . I can bicep curl 35 pounds with no pain yet bench press and pushups activate my soreness and weakness .
My max is 20 push-ups right now , around 15 I start to panic with breathing and knowing I have to get another 16 and I stop and don’t have that extra energy to push out them .
What is the quickest way to get better at pushups fast ?
And should my practice be done every other day ?
You will not get to that many by the end of the month. The only I see you getting to that many is the 20 you do not is fresh, without any practice, and you happen to have enough muscle and endurance now and all you need to do is develop your muscle adaptation.

What does the OP hope to get from this thread that the OP didn't from the other one?
That's very inconsiderate to those who offered helpful advice. Also, there's plenty of advice online on how to do proper pushups and how to get better at them via easy Google search
Bicep Tendonitis is serious. Just google exercises for bicep tendonitis. Read up.
Assuming you pass the physical test. What else will you have to do on the job? Will they keep you after you hurt yourself more?
Stop. Think this through. Your best bet is to think long term. Tendons take a long time to heal. Fix the problem you got. Then work on doing a specific number of pushups.
Just my 2 cents.
