So I just aquired a spacious enough garage in my building
Im getting dumbells from 5-50 kg,a pullup bar and a dip bar, a bench and a barbell
regarding olympic weights, how much should i get(im thinking 130 kg is a good start) but how do I split the plates, how many 20 kg plates, how many 5 kg plates and how many plates for the ones in between. Im a beginner so thats how much Il need for the time being.
Olympic weights are usually sold in sets so you dont have to worry about which plates to get and how many. You used the term "kg" (i.e., kilo) in your post so is it safe to assume that you are NOT in the United States? If you were, I (and others here) would be able to give details on where you can get the best deal on an olympic weight set.
