Not worth the money, unless you cant go to the gym.
You are not going to see gains in muscle mass based on the perfect push up. It will never provide the resistance you need in order to make real gains, as opposed to working out with weights at the gym.
If you are merely looking to tone up however, it may be worth the money supplementing with good cardio routines

Traditional push-ups are very, very bad for your shoulders in the same way that straight bar bench presses and military presses are. They do not allow for proper rotation of your shoulders.

Actually push-ups are even worse. At least with bench presses, you can move the bar in an arc as you complete the press. A push-up forces you into a fixed plane that can cause impingements, damage to the cartilage in the a/c joint, inflamation, and damage to rotator cuff muscles such as the supraspinatus, etc.

The perfect push-up is a brilliant gadget that allows for better rotation of the shoulder.

Also, using dumbbells instead of straight bars for pressing exercises is another, and even better practice. Dumbbells not only work the same major muscles that push-ups and straight presses do, but also works stabilizing muscles that help keep you free from injury.
