its called batch cooking, you cook a whole load off in one go, then put it in individual or family sized containers and freeze it, then when you want to eat it you defrost and reheat.
I’ve been doing this for years. Prep ahead food on weekend and take it out and eat during the week. My husband usually the one who got home first after picking up our kid at a daycare and all he had to do was heat the food up.
