My aunt had her last child at 44 naturally. She also didn’t start menopause until she’s 65. Still thin in her early 90s. Maybe thinner than me even. No exercise routine like Jane Fonda.

Women still have babies naturally in their 40’s, my mother did that long ago.

By age 54, it’s not called genetics, it’s called IVF.

I am 46 years old and also in the best shape (and health) of my life. But not rich, not even a 6 figure income. No personal trainer for me. And Keto is also not for me.

It requires work, regardless of your net worth. And will power - some days it is really hard not to 'eat the house'!
