You can lose weight eating junk food. Google it. It's basic calories in, calories burned.

Rice and beans are cheap and nourishing. That's how Mexican peasants have survived.

Quality protein, the most important nutrient to a healthy diet, costs money.

This is completely backwards. Animal protein is something to be avoided 95% of the time for the ultimate in health.

There are many healthy plant based foods that do not cost much money to buy. However they require time and effort to prepare.

There is no way around it. Meal prep doesn't matter.

Again, the poor in this country are fatter than the rich. That's not a coincidence. Dollar menus and fast food will always be cheaper than bulk meal preps.

I watched the ones near me on benefits who constantly go over to our fast food pizza place.. now a pizza from there is about £6 some food more expensive and for that a family could have minced beef potatoes and vegetables for four... or similar cooked food.. To me its a form of ignorance and lazyiness to eat junk food so much, now and again is fine. A bag of four apples is £1 in the supermarket and large tub of low fat yogurt £1... squirt of honey and pudding for four....

Water and veggies are the cornerstone of Berry's diet, and they're not so expensive.

Soda is more expensive than water, burgers and processed carbs are more expensive than veggies.

Halle Berry still looks amazing. What a fox. Her and her trainer are definitely "getting it on" though.
