DK is definitely not 1.6%. They have some machine for NFL Combine invitees to step in and it scans their body. Not some official DEXA scan or water displacement-type test.
He is likely under 10%, but body fat percentages in pro sports are almost always exaggerated. In the NFL this is definitely the case. You take a 230-lb man with broad shoulders, minimal visceral fat and a waistline around 31 or 32 inches, and his measurements would suggest a crazy low bf%. 1.6% is comical. Bodybuilders on stage can't get that low. Terrell Owens was probably the most shredded NFL player I've seen and I don't think he was ever measured that low.
