LA Marathon today - Stadium to the Sea (runner, better, walk)

Just came in from my mailbox and saw the stragglers, running to the finish line at Santa Monica pier. The route takes the runners/walkers past my apt bldg on the way to the pier. Talk about pain, limping and pushing to make that "finish"...the ortho surgeons will be getting a lot of new patients soon again.


For all you warriors, make sure magnesium levels are good...there is a major deficiency in the population...
