Do you train with slam balls? I must admit that I like it because it is in my opinion practical and effective because it mimics real life movements somewhat. I like to use it for strength and cardio. I haven't done much of it but that will change in the new year. It also works good for stress relief and to blow some steam when you are pissed. . How about you?

I have never heard of slam balls until now. Had to look it up. Even downloaded a slam ball exercise video. Now I just have to buy a slam ball LOL. As I get older, things like stress relief and practical exercises become more important. I have been listening to Peter Attia on practical trainings and getting older. This dude is awesome. He got a degree in engineering and mathematics. Then went on the medical school and became a surgeon. He is worth a listen.

You can buy slam balls online and find some decent prices. I bough one at Walmart.com and another one at Dicks Sporting Goods. I like them because they are durable and they give you a good workout.

Funny, I did the slam ball exercise today at the gym. I like it because its new and different for me. You engage multiple parts of your body. I broke a sweat just slamming it for 14 reps, 6 times, 3 different weight balls. I plan to look up a routine online to mix it up more, it was actually fun and easy.

I've done slam ball training in my muay thai conditioning classes. I don't think it did much for me.
