I used to do dips using the inside corners of the fence around the deck of the house I was renting. I've also used kitchen countertops with inside corners. For pullups, I've used tree limbs or a pullup bar installed in the garage or down in the basement. You could do a modified dip between two chairs, with your heels resting on the ground (
this will really isolate the triceps ). You can increase the intensity of regular pushups by having your feet up on a chair with your hands on the floor. You can decrease the intesnity of a regular pushup by having your feet on the ground and doing them between chairs. Be creative!
