Yeah - whole milk, red meat, rice, eggs, sweet potatoes and whole grain bread.

Aim for calorie surplus of no more than 500 calories per day.

Boom. Inexpensive weight gain.

How many lbs and where's the best place to buy? I would ask where's the cheapest place to buy but I don't want to buy low quality meat that may have bacteria.

WINCO or Aldi and cook yourself.

Seriously, what is wrong with this country and fish? Fish has much higher protein content than meat plus all the fish oil minerals and vitamins. Yet, it is clearly feared to eat... at least, it is not injected with steroids and antibiotics, as meat does. Or, with pesticides... as you ain't gonna buy hand fed and massaged lamb from Holland, that's for sure.
