I looked at some of the information on that site and their numbers seem accurate for the bench press. For example, for an untrained 197 lb., 40 year old man, it shows a 1-rep max of 105 lbs. For a novice, it is 160 lbs., and intermediate is 215 lbs.
For back squats, pull-ups, and chin-ups, I think the numbers are high. I looked at these for 5 rep maxes and can't see an untrained man doing 5 reps of 120 lbs. of back squats or a novice doing 5 reps of 185 lbs.
The pull-ups and chin-ups, it is a little more complicated since they are assisted or with weight hanging from you. I think the standard for a novice of doing 5 pull-ups with +20 lbs. is unrealistic. I see very few 197 year old men who weight 197 who can do 3 pull-ups without any additional weight.
Yeah, I've never seen a 197 year old man do 3 pull ups either.

I weigh around 228 and I'm 64 years old. I can do 9 pull-ups on a good day. If I slack off for a couple weeks and don't workout at least twice a week, I can barely do 4-5.
