I have a two part question I’ve searched everywhere and every site I’ve used the numbers seem really high ?

I’m 6’3 230 pounds 27 year old male I’m starting my cut earlier this year because I was lazy the past couple weeks and it went quick I feel disgusting .

What would be an ideal macro range to lose 15-20 pounds and lean out ? I lift 4 days a week and will introduce hiit ( t25 DVD’s).

Second I use to do keto and fasted from 8pm-noon everyday and I enjoy just heading to work on an empty stomZch while not doing keto my body is use to it but with my work schedule and gym schedule I’m running out of time in the day to get meals in by fasting to noon . How can I still fast and hit macros
