I too do push ups regularly but I don't think so it the worst exercise if done correctly & push ups are beneficial for building upper body strength.

I did pushups every morning for two years. This ended with a torn rotator and torn labrum. No surgery- but it took around 18 months to heal.

Very useful. In the beginning i had wrong posture while doing push ups. It took much effort in correcting that, and now i feel my muscles strong and healthy than before. They rarely get sored after workout.

I thought he was going to say push-ups are bad. You just need to do them properly. You can say that for most exercises.

Great video. I never understood kip pull-ups and refused to do them during a CrossFit class lol. Triceps dips always did feel funny to me, that explains why now. And I did one set of the sissy squats once but thought it must be terrible for my knees. Surprised people still promote these kinds of exercises.

I think is very important for anyone who want to have an excellent body to maintain then you should follow the above worst exercises need to avoid during his workout...
