When I was in college I used to walk 4+ miles per hour.
So now I've been walking and hiking for at least a couple of decades since then. I consider myself to be in slightly better shape now than I was then...but now I'm walking slower. About 2.5 miles per hour.
I know it has something to do with my attitude. I just feel like taking a stroll now.
What's going on? Am I "savoring" my walks now? Can anyone else relate?
