I am over 70 and overweight——
My right knee has started to be painful when I go to sit. Down or get up
We were in car. Accident 8 yrs ago and the footwell air. Bags went off. My knees were hurt—took abrasions and were bruised. And I played volleyball in high school. And college—I know my knee pads were not great protection then...

I don’’t want to go to orthopedist—out of town for at least a month
Any. Suggestions for knee brace that isn’t too bulky
Email to my PCP suggested a brace and some OTC pain. Meds for mild arthritis
