I'm up a pound from last year this time, but down 9 pounds from my pandemic over the summer. One pound to go! But then there's still the extra five pounds of weight from last winter - sigh.
I gained about 10 early on because I needed the extra drinks and comfort food. But then I got pragmatic and decided to do better (on eating and exercise) rather than worse. So I'm about the same weight now as when COVID began. Plus I'm getting to an age where my health should be my top priority. If we don't have our health, we don't have much, and can't enjoy much.
I went from 125 to 135, now down to 130. After moving, and Covid I have settled into a home workout routine that I like.

I actually lost weight, but it had nothing to do with the pandemic. I was eating not as healthy as I could be and was not going out hiking as much; and I was taking a medication that was causing weight gain. So I stopped all of that. was like around 173 prior and now about 155.
