Anyone ever feel soreness in these areas after working out? How do you heal it?

These are all good. Plus, going for a walk (or doing light cardio). Soreness gets worse typically if you sit around and do nothing the next day.

Continue to work them out the next day. Best medicine for any muscle soreness.

No matter how sore my muscles are, once I give that area some light exercise it disappears.

Hydrate, stretch...

Hydrate, stretch after working out, maybe an ibuprofen. Mahayarana oil is excellent for this type of soreness.
