water and occasionally a diet soda. i add an electrolyte mix to my water during workouts.

Regular bottle water
non-caffeinated coffee
soy milk
orange juice
grapefruit juice
(about 2 times a week) a Coke or Dr. Pepper

Ok you guys, you provided me with all sorts of drinks LOL. I should've been clearer on drink types, i wanted to find out what Sport/Energy drinks you use.


As far as Vitamin water goes, i didn't find it "loaded" with sugar. How is this worst then Gatorade/Powerade that everyone seems to enjoy so much? I just don't like tast of it at all.

I would like to get my hands on this one too, our local Russian store don't have it. But they do have Kvas, which i absolutely love!!!
