Congrats - I'll check out that YT vid when I go home.
Is everyone else still working out? Mine's going well - esp. the legs since I'm working out w/ a partner, which really encourages us to push each other.
I slacked off for the last 4 days but I'm lifting again tonight. My diet was crap too. Got that back on track today.
We went out of town for a couple days and that just threw everything off.
When i started I was 238 now I'm 212 with a BF% of 11.8.
cholesterol which got me started was 240 overall. As of 4 months ago 167 for my overall number.

Well done! Keep up the great work and don't feel back about slacking off for 4 days. Now if you slacked off for 4 weeks, I might give a different lecture.

I'm still at it. I go to the gym Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. I walk 3 miles at a local lake (this is my "outside" time with my son.) on Friday and Saturday. On Wednesday and Saturday I rest. I started the 4 day diet about 3 weeks ago - I'm not really tracking my weight loss weekly anymore but overall I've lost about 40 - 45 pounds and I'm down to a size 18 (loose) 16 (tight) depending on how the clothes are made. It seems like it's going slow but I'm loving the results. I'm throwing a party when I officially get under 200. I need to post a new pic.
Did some wicked lifting last night. I'm up to 70lb DB's on the renegade rows.
1x12, 2x10 on each arm. Those things just flat out rock! Feel great this morning.
Good job, I had to look up renegade rows to see what they were. I think if I were to try those I'd end up falling on my face or something. Maybe I'll give them a whirl next time I'm the only guy in the gym so no one sees me.
